This piece was a loose plan of color. At the time I knew swirls and connection of hair and body was a hail, but that’s it. I appreciate the colors and want to make my paintings colorful and playful.

My older art I chose was this group of sketchy and whimsical people. I must have created this in 1999 or 2000, at the time I was entering college and leaning to sketch the human form in art class in Minnesota. I still love how loose and expressive this piece is.
